Stefani Estate Barrel Selection Heathcote Shiraz fruit is selectively handpicked from various vineyards in the Heathcote region, located north-west of the Yarra Valley winery.

The grapes are open fermented with gentle hand plunging to carefully extract tannins. After pressing the wine is matured in large format French oak for a minimum of 15 months. The best parcels are then selected to comprise the final blend.

Ruby purple, Stefani Estate Barrel Selection Heathcote Shiraz offers rich dark fruit flavours, spicy undertones and generous tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
